I've been on HRT for a month and with the combination of exercise its now changed shape.. I've now got a problem .. my clothes no longer fit me ...
I sear my butt , waist and hips have gained a more feminine shape :) but I still have a long way to go for passing.. and beer belly shrunk but there is still a lot of flab.. :embarrassed: :(
I guess I have no choice but to go out and buy new clothes but I have no clue what to look for ...
I have medium heavy legs with a weak upper body except for the shoulders resulting in the infamous pear shape... although if I use a corset or a compression shirt I may get better results in shaping the loose belly that doesn't seem to want to go away... I have looked online but nothing makes sense about which jeans to wear... :embarrassed: ???
Have you measured lately?
You need to go with your waist and hips.
