Guys! I need help! My girlfriend and I are celebrating our six month aniversary in two weeks. I wanted to do something kind of nice for her. So, I came up with the idea to make a scrapbook... Starting with pictures from when we first met years ago. We've actually known each other since we were little kids.... I was going to top it all off with giving her a new camera because she broke hers by accident. I would leave a note on it saying it was for making more memories and putting them in the scrapbook so we wouldn't forget, but I've hit a slight bump in my plan. Her grandmother took her shopping a few days ago for christmas stuff and bought her a camera... I still have all the scrapbooking stuff already... SO, what do I do? Do I scrap it and come up with a a new idea completely? Or do I find something else to go along with the scrapbook since i've already started? If so what should I get... I've hit a bit of a brick wall and need help!
First off. DON'T PANIC. I am sure that anything you get her she would love. I would give the scrapbook and the note, just modify the note. And then something else. A necklace, ear rings. Or even her favorite flowers.
Hmm,
Here's an idea ... keep the scrapbook and give her an empty one with supplies so she can make a scrapbook of the next 6 months you have together.
That way, it's a way of you remembering your time together but also looking forward to the future! She can use her nifty new camera to take pictures for it!

yes :police:
thanks you guys! i kinda combined it... I'm gonna give her the scrapbook with a few pages filled... and at the end I'm gonna tell her that she needs fill the rest of the pages with more memories to come... I'm gonna take her on a ski trip since she never really got to travel when she was younger...
I also wrote a poem to get the point across that she should fill it with more memories with me.
Memories
thoughts of the past
page after page
memories to last
that get better with age
a spot in a lifetime
perfect moments recorded
an event in time
that shouldn't be distorted
I hold dear to my heart
so many wonderful things
you're a major part
I don't want that to change
if you take a look
you will see
in this book
what you mean to me
many more memories
I hope they will come
ones that are corny
and many that are fun
as we go through the ages
we can keep track
place them in these pages
so we can look back
lol . . . two weeks to celebrate six month anniversary . . . :D

*SIGH* ... She's very lucky to have you, and I hope she appreciates that.
You have any brothers? *Whistles innocently*
I think your scrapbook is a good idea. Just a thought a long those lines. I love digital frames. My daughter bought one for me and the pictures just change and good memories are always passing by my line of view. :)
Best wishes on your anniversary!
