What is your favorite movie?
Hard Target is my favorite movie.I Kinect Sensor (http://kinectsensorwithkinectadventures.org/)love action movies so it is my hard favorite movie,,,!
Scott Pilgrim vs. The World is mine. I'm a huge fan of the comic, so the movie was automatically awesome. It's a shame it didn't do so well in the box office...The effects were amazing and it was hilarious.
Memoirs of a Geisha (I read the book, and a year later saw the movie)
I know who killed Me (Lindsay Lohan, stripping, doesn't get much better *SUCKS she couldn't be the main actress for Inferno, I won't watch Inferno now)
Nowhere (I like the atmosphere of the movie, the imagery...)
My Own Private Idaho (I did not hear this movie, because I was worried about my family hearing it *it was gay oriented* so I read the words instead on mute)
Desperately Seeking Susan (this was only because Madonna was in it otherwise this movie isn't all that good, but I saw it because I saw early-Madonna in her still (1982-1983 Madonna) before the rise of fame since I believe this movie was produced before her superstar status arrived )
Girl, Interrupted
confessions of a go-go girl (this I just like the plot, the actors were blah)
Stigmata
Zombie, Strippers (Jenna Jameson, strippers, omg; the acting was stupid besides the times where Jenna herself is talking)
some movies i like but I wouldn't call them favorite-time pieces
BloodRayne, Tamera (about an ugly girl turned demonic beauty), the one with Bjork in it (i think Dancer in the Dark)... Silent Hill...
oohh
and
BreakFast at Tiffany's, Gone with the Wind, Scarface,
were epic too...
V for Vendetta: I could watch that movie every single day. I love it so much.
Clue: This is a so bad that it is good category. I love Tim Curry, he is so funny.
Better Than Chocolate: Still the best portrayal of a transwoman I have ever seen. Not perfect, but still good.
Horror movies in general: I love most horror flicks. Not sure why, but I really do. Most of them don't scare me much, I just like watching them because the characters are typically good.
10 Things I Hate About You: Julia Styles rocks in this movie. I ->-bleeped-<-ing love Kat!!!
There are many more, but I'll stop now.
Other than the one where I took my name from.
Manhunter
Silence of the Lambs
Hannibal
Hannibal Rising
Yes I like the character Dr. Hannibal Lecter, but I also Love Sir Anthony Hopkins.

Inglorious Basterds
Watchmen
V for Vendetta

Bicentennial Man - There's actually a lot of parallels in the main characters transition to what trans people go through, I cried like crazy at the end.
The Machinist
The Empire Strikes Back
Inception
A Single Man
The Shawshank Redemption
Fight Club
American History X
The Incredibles
American Beauty
Sorry this list is so long, I'm a projectionist so I spend an inordinate amount of time watching movies. ;D
Schindler's List. Whenever I feel like life is treating me horribly unfairly, I can just watch that movie, and suddenly, my life doesn't seem quite so bad anymore.
Burlesque I saw it the other day and it is now my favorite movie ever!

*Fist Pump* Ok, you're now the most awesomest person ever, now. :D
I really enjoyed this movie a lot! It was just a fun movie to watch and the gaming references were perfect. I completely enjoyed that flick and wished it wouldn't end. All the critics panned it for some reason, but I just don't think they got the point of the movie.
I see tons of movies. (One of my hobbies seems to be seeing every movie I can. :P)
I won't go over them all but, I would say this year, my favorites (not including Scott Pilgram vs The World) have been "Easy A" , "Eat, Pray, Love", and "Tangled".

I liked that movie too! I don't think I liked it enough to see it 4 times in the theater ... but it was definitely cute. :D
How To Train Your Dragon

Terrible title, I know. But that's how you make a cartoon.

I totally agree with everything you said! But I think it's a hard movie to wrap your head around if you aren't a video game or comic fan...My dad didn't understand it at all.
A bunch of other movies have been mentioned that I have to second the opinion of. Fight Club, Breakfast Club (haha, I like clubs?), How To Train Your Dragon, and Grease are also amazing movies.
Best movie ever made, right here, IMHO. Between this movie and Goodfellas lies the true real deal. All I'm gonna say:
The Godfather Part II - Official Trailer [1974] (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3KD8c5MHrn4#ws)
