I want to go through breasts reduction, or mastectomy. I don't plan to do anything else.
I live in Russia, and approval from residential psychiatric facility is required for mastectomy in Russian clinics. Getting approvals is extremely troublesome process in my country. Especially for me, who is rather androgyne than clear ftm.
I read information about ftm srs on sites of Thailand clinics, and all of them talk about full set of operations. Approvals are also required for full set of operations there. But there is no any details about mastectomy only.
Do you know clinics in any country, where it's possible to go through mastectomy without approvals from psychiatric facility? And how much would it cost?
I can't live normally having women breasts.
there are several surgeons in the united states that will do top surgery on informed consent basis, costs are around 6 to 7 thousand USD, and airfare from your part of Russia about 1500 USD (and alot of time in flight).
