There's an interesting overview in The Financial of reconstructive surgeries carried out at the ESTA Kuzanov Clinic in Georgia. The clinic was founded in 1978 and offers a range of procedures, including surgeries appropriate for some trans people.

As might be expected, the problematic terminology of medical pathologisation is a feature of the interview with Professor Iva Kuzanov, the clinic's founder (and quickly becomes annoying). Nevertheless it is a generally informative account which offers an insight into an aspect of transitioning in Georgia that I've not seen anywhere else.
