Title: A Rather Personal HRT Question ("Leakage")
Post by: GigiT on December 19, 2010, 12:28:29 PM
In anticipation of starting HRT next week, I have so many questions that only you who have gone through it can answer.

I do not have a strong sex drive at all, and spontaneous erections are few and far between.  However, when I do become aroused, I tend to excrete a great deal of Cowper's Fluid ("precum" in the vernacular).  This can be both irritating and embarrassing, and I'm hoping it will stop once the Estrogen kicks in.  Did anyone else have a similar issue, and did it resolve itself?

Sorry if this is too personal.
Hugs

I'm in for the answer to this question as well, I have the same issue. In my case it seems to be worse if I tuck or wear anything tight'ish down there.

This is something you'll actually want to keep post-hormones and post surgery if possible, as natural lubrication is generally not great for the majority of trans women.
