Title: Orgasms without ejaculation? Hormones and changes..
Post by: Riannah on December 25, 2010, 05:19:30 PM
I had two orgasms this weekend, but I didn't ejaculate. I actually only did it the second time to make sure LOL. I don't remember when I had my last orgasm before that, I think it was about a week ago and then I still ejaculated. So, I didn't have orgasms with ejaculation because of too many orgasms/ejaculations I think... It's gotta be the hormones. The orgasms without ejaculation felt exactly the same as orgasms with ejaculation by the way. They were just so much cleaner lol.

I am on Decapeptyl for 5 months (one injection a month) and Oestrogen patches since 3 months. Is it 'normal' or expected that I stop ejculating now? Should I expect not being able to orgasms at all anymore at some point or desiring it less and less, or is it more likely that from now on I will continue to want and be able to orgasm but without ejaculation? Not that I desire 'it' soo much now, because I sometimes easily just forget about it for a week or longer. It's actually my sensitive nipples now most of all that get me in the mood to even touch my penis at all..

Other changes seem to be happening faster the past weeks. I can most of all tell by looking at my bigger rounder butt and thighs (actually, I need to jump up and down now to work my way into my skinny jeans lol, I'm not so skinny in my skinny jeans anymore hehe) and my larger starting breasts and nipples/areolas and the ache that comes with it. I keep bumping into doors with my nipples/breasts.. OUCH! And emotions... I cry so much more easily now. I kinda like that, gotta get used to it a bit though.

I have weeks, or even days, when I feel that my hormones are 'working' so much and then it all eases down for a while etc. The past weeks I felt that my hormones worked A LOT. Does everyone experience 'ups and downs' like this? My blood will be checked again at the end of january. I think I will try to make an appointment to discuss the results.

I've only been on HRT for about 2 months.  I noticed about a month ago everything went 'dry'.  I think your experience is normal.  Actually everything your mentioning seems pretty normal to me.

I'm on Spiro, Finesteride, and Estrogen.  It might be the combo of Spiro and Finesteride that did it for me so quickly, I dunno.

These are common results and are by no means universal, as each person is different:
- loss/lowering of libido (sex drive)
- Harder to achieve orgasm (i.e. takes longer)
- Lack of ejaculation
- Fewer and less turgid erections
- Shrinking of the testicles

I haven't gone dry yet, but it has gone fairly clear. No more morning erections, lowered libido and less turgid erections. The quality of my orgasms have changed slightly too. Sometimes weaker, sometimes the same and onetime it almost felt like a wave I could extend. That one was very odd and different. Skin has gotten softer, breasts have gotten larger and nipples are definitely more sensitive and susceptible to pain if I bump them into things or just press on them slightly.

I think everything you are experiencing is normal.

I have been dry for about a year now. Not uncomon.

And I get some serious emotional swings also.

I have had 2 dry erections so far in the morning with a few weeks between them... and that's about it as far as erections go since last month... honestly could not care less... never wanted them anyway and the worst part for me about getting them was trying to get them to go away  ... so I dont miss them...

I keep bumping into doors with my nipples/breasts.. OUCH!

I know whats that like .... the worst was when once I had to enter a crowded Mumbai train while returning from therapy... (just google "crowded Mumbai trains" and you would know how bad they are)... safe to say I am not going to travel by train unless necessary for a very looooooooooong time...

Also started trying Progesterone but no difference  that I have noticed...

Some people can experience full-body orgasms if they are on E long enough.

I'm trying to build up to that point, but I'm not there yet.  I'm sort of inbetween the male and female orgasm.  It's almost impossible for me to ejaculate, but I don't quite get the dry orgasm.  I just get a sensation that is somewhat close to orgasm.

Actually, I use this to my advantage.  Sexual activity in males produces aromatase (which increases estrogen levels).  With the difficulty attaining either ejaculation or orgasm, I can masturbate for long periods of time to put my hormones in my favor.  It may seem like an odd thing to do, but I believe in using every trick in the book.  I actually got this trick from an old book.  Some old tribal cultures knew that "overstimulation" of the male made him more feminine.

Of course, back then they didn't know why it happened.  But with modern science, we now know the biological pathways involved.

I had one after 6 weeks on E. It was not like any orgasm I had ever experienced before. I was like 'wtf just happened??' and then I wished that all my future orgasms would be like that because it felt sooo good. Until now it was just that one, the orgasms after that one were sort of what I was used to.

yes that happens first the testis shut down and it turns clear then it stops all together. I'm not sure why it dose that. I'm not sure precisely what changes are begin made to the prostate.

I have a T count less than 30 and normal estrogen and progesterone levels of a 30 year old female. I have learned to have any where from 2-5,6 orgasms in a evening. Full body, toes curling totally exhausting orgasms. Not just the ejaculations when I could years ago. A whole new feeling, what a ride! So much better. Alot more romance too!

After 3-3.5 months on E + Tblock, my orgasms are very, very close to dry. My sense of smell towards men has become more potent, and with women I have become more disgusted (untouched by scented material of course). I've always been only into men btw. Also, I've never had much of a sex drive but it's always been more visually stimulating. Now it's about 20% visual, the rest being emotional and scent oriented. In fact, I'd say my sex drive has been coming on more often than before. My sex drive has without a doubt changed dramatically during the time I've been on HRT thus far. Of course they say the strongest sex muscle is  the brain, and estrogen does alter the brain!

Breast growth... lol.. these things are growing fast.. I'm at AA and I'm on my way to an A cup already, I did not expect this. The nipples are always achey, tingly, tender, and / or warm. It's funny, I always thought I'd be protective of them because I didn't want people to notice, but I find myself covering up because I'm scared somebody is gonna hurt me by bumping them!!

My emotions.. I feel sorry for a girl friend in my class who really wants to be there for me. 1 day I'm lovey, the next day I'm about to cry, the next day I'm playful, the next day I'm quiet, the next day I'm super girly... and it's all subject to change if somebody says the wrong word or says it at the wrong decible level. She has a 13 yr old girl.. so it's like .. "OMG I leave from home to get away from this and now you do it!" She hasn't said that, but I know that's what she's thinking.

As far as highs and lows. Yes, I experience that too. Some days I am just high on estrogen.. you feel it, it's like an elevated emotional state where if you're happy you are up there. Other days I am a bit more stable but I know it's still working because my nipples NEVER STOP FEELING SOMETHING!!!! and when I see something that is cute or whatever, I go awwww reactively. I never did that before E.
