For your info when you get to 15 posts you will be able to upload an avatar. Certain features of the forum will not become active until you have made a certain number of posts without and problems. yes there is an option to just provide the URL where the pic is located. - as you will see I have just done it for you from the link you provided - but it is better if in the fullness of time you upload properly. meanwhile I am moving this thread to somewhwer more suitable as it does not belong in the HRT section.
Please in future try to post in the correct section, which in this case would be Frequently asked questions.
