Hi everyone.
I'm a female-assigned individual in my early twenties, currently identifying as genderqueer/gender-fluid overall, and taking on and off other identities as though they're scarves and hats (often feeling a gay man and a lesbian in the course of one day)...
I kept finding this site while looking for information about binding and packing, and it looked like such a friendly community that I thought I might dip a toe into the water... I'm lucky enough to have some very supportive genderfabulous friends in my life, but it definitely can't hurt to meet more people online, right? I live in London and am at the beginning of what will hopefully be a long and fun relationship with the queer world here.
I have a blog, which is currently not very full: xyrenth.wordpress.com
What else to say...? My goal at the moment is to be able to pass as male (on the days when I really feel I need to), without cutting my hair and definitely without starting on hormones. Right now I don't know where I want my gender to end up, I'm still very much working things out, and the idea of any kind of medical intervention terrifies me, so I'm trying to see what I can do with the body I currently have. I'm almost always read as female (being short, long-haired, and having large hips and breasts will do that) even when trying to present neuter or male, so... yeah, any strategies for successful gender-fluid presentation for those with femme hair and hips would be much appreciated.
Looking forward to getting to know you all. :)
(P.S. I don't seem to be able to edit my profile or access other people's - am I being very obtuse about how this site works, or are these things which I will only be able to do after reaching a certain post count or something?)
Okay, I've just noticed the post-count restrictions. Now I know! *eyeroll at self*

Hi Xyrenth,
Welcome to Susan's. You have got that right. Susan's is a very "friendly site". and very informative too. I hope you find the info you are looking for and hope you stay for awhile so we can get to know you. :)
I am mtf, so I can't give much advice with packing. although I did bind for over a year during hrt and still presenting male. toward the end I was a c-cup. I found a heavy duty slimmer worked well but I still had to layer my shirts . Sometimes I wore a sports bra and a slimmer then a tee shirt and then a baggy shirt over that. this was Ok in the winter but summer was tough. >:(
Hugs, Roxy
