Title: Thinning hair along scar line.
Post by: emma.alexis on January 26, 2011, 01:19:50 AM
Hmmm, I have some thinning of the hair along the front scar line.  I've heard this is common.  Any comments?

Hmm, I may have seen that maybe at the beginning, but that was months ago and now that the scar is well healed, the hair is perfectly ok on my side.

You had your surgery 2~3 weeks ago didn't you ? In that case, just be patient and let your body recover for the next few months. No need to worry.

I had a lot of drains in first 48hrs so have had lots of hair chops...

And being of HRT for 3 weeks now means guranteed hair-loss happened each time i came off last year for the other thangs i had go do...

Once more as soon as i'm back on normal hrt regime - not till end of feb....  i would imaine i'll only fret if its still not kicked back by then...

Meanwhle at this grim-n-ghastly stage i mightdo some extensions as temp bridge-gap...

Here's a good place to start...
