So, I just got out of Walmart.
While I was in there, I was buying some supplies for school but while I was looking for them, this old hippie guy with hair longer than me was walking past. We made eye contact and he said "Peace, brother." And made the peace sign.
I made the peace sign back and when he couldn't see my face anymore, I smiled so big.
If he thought I was a girl, he would've said "sister", right?
That made me so happy, considering I thought I looked like a girl today and was very depressed. I've been passing a lot this week. It's so unusual for me. I'm not used to it. Hana.
;)
good to go
That's great man! It's such a great feeling when ya pass, isn't it? :)
yea, he deff wouldnt have called someone who he thought was a girl "brother"
congrats!
Congrats!!!! you passed =]
Congrats and...
Peace, brother! :icon_mrhappy:
always smile when someone calls me bro, or the like.
congrats dude ;D
i remember when i was little, i was often referred to as a boy, my gramma would always correct people and i would blush horribly and feel angry that she did so.
I've been getting "bro'd" a lot lately too. It's a great feeling! Hope all the bros here relish the acknowledgment and passing ability!
Groovy.
That's good to know, those kind of things are which are worth the transitioning. Being brothered makes you feel even better than being he'd.
I love the kind of hippie people who are just happy to wish you peace with a smile even if they don't know you at all. Their happiness is contagious, man.
I remember one time I was almost panicking in public and then one of these awesome hippie men came to me smiling "hey man, today's a nice day right?" I suddenly felt way more relaxed!!
congrats, bro ;)
