Title: Thank you all :)

Hi,

although I am new to this forum, I'm certainly not new to crossdressing - I've been doing it as long as I can remember.

But this week, in part due to the support shown here I took my first steps outside en femme. I just thought "sod it! why not?", drove to the local park wearing a pair of (women's) trousers and with most other clues hidden by a big coat (I'm not keen on my neighbours knowing my secret) and wriggled into a skirt, high-heel boots and a more feminine coat after parking next to my destination.

And off I went.

The park was fairly empty as it's snowing ATM, but I did run into a few people and, just as people have said on this very forum, they continued with their lives - no fuss no mess :)

It was a real watershed moment - now I want to go somewhere a bit more populated, but still nothing too crowded just yet.

In the summer, I'll be teaching in a summer school in London so then I plan to spend a day in the centre, looking good, perusing the art galleries etc... I'm soooo looking forward to that  8)

I've always wondered how it is to spend a whole day in heels and I'm determined to find out!

Anyway, I hope this hasn't bored you all too much - my main aim was to thank everyone on this forum for the messages to me and to each other for giving me the courage to finally strut my stuff where I've always dreaded, but yearned, to do so.

Thanks and crazy hugs to all!

Congratulations Beth. The first step out is always the hardest. You'll feel more secure each time.
Hugs

Congratulations! Make sure you have something for your feet at the end of the day when you wear you high heels. :)
