Once a week my friend, Mariah, and I go out to eat. We don't get to talk much anymore so it's a time for us to catch up on things.
Monday night, Mariah and I went and ate at Chili's Bar and Grill. She doesn't know I'm TG. Well, my friend Zach is a waiter there so of course, we were talking a lot. Then, I saw another waiter walk by that is gorgeous. Keep in mind that I'm gay :D
I thought he was gay because of his style. Not just his style of dressing, but how he walked, acted, etc. He has big muscles, gorgeous hair, basically every thing a gay guy (or woman) wants in a man ;D
I asked my waitress what his name is. "The cute muscley one? Oh that's Chad!" Just then, another waitress walked by and said "Oh no, Chad is MY man" jokingly of course, considering this waitress had to be at least 10 years older than Chad. Pretty soon, Chad walks up to our table and said "Your server told me to come by this table? Do you need anything?" I was mortified personally lol. But oh well. Ya see, Zach knew that I had been talkin about one of the servers to my waitress but he didn't know which one. Now, he knew.
When we were leaving, Mariah wrote down my phone number on a Sweet N Low packet and gave it to Zach to give to Chad, who by now I am sure he is gay because Zach said he had never had a girlfriend (he's 18?). Being that gorgeous, there is no way he hasn't had at least a beautiful, airheaded, superficial girlfriend or something, right? Maybe Zach was jokin me? Anyway, the day after Chili's, he sent me a message on myspace...I'll copy n paste it.
hey there. i was going to give u a call today, but my friend who's in from college was hanging out with me today.
well, i dont have much planned tomorrow so i'll give u call then or later tonight, to see whats up, i should get off about 10:30 or 11, if your still up.
So....he's not gay. Keep in mind, I'm not out at all therefore, people think I'm the typical teenaged girl. See, I was thinking I could treat it as a male on male relationship, but I can't see myself being attracted to him or having a relationship with him in a female to male way at all. So even though it's nothing serious (yet), should I tell him about my transexuality? If so, how? If only I had transitioned and he were gay...ahh I would be in love (or lust..haha)
Thanks for listening to teenaged drama :) hehe
I wouldn't tell him. If he's straight, he's not interested in a male on male relationship.
I will say that although I've been in 'hetero' relationships with males - no relationship I've been in has been a 'female on male' relationship (except for the fact of my female body which I will always have anyway) as I always assumed the 'dominant male' role. So - it does NOT have to be a typical hetero relationship.
Enjoy being with straight men while you still can, I did. >:D
Good luck.
For a different perspective I would casually ask if he was gay, an then casually mention that I was a gay guy stuffed in a girl body, strange ain't it? ... But I am also one who is not fond of secrets and find rejection much easier to handle before I become attached to someone.
That said it is not like I exactly speak from experience either...
Nor do I expect that our wants would coincide either ;)
lol you crack me up Nero. And trust me, I will. Going to eat with a bunch of friends tomorrow night, guess where we are going ;)
CHILI'S :) Maybe I'll see my not-so-gay friend there.
Play it by ear IMO. If he is gay and thinks he's stepping outside his limits, he'll feel comforted by the fact that you're a gay guy. If he's straight, then he'll treat you like a girl no matter what.
If he's gay though, you might hit the bonus round of being with a guy who treats you like a guy. Worth the risk to send up a few trial balloons.

why the rush? you stated that [there's nothing serious yet].
a simple [chemistry law]
"For a reaction to take place, the particles of
the substances that are reacting have to collide. If
they collide, with enough energy then they will react.
The minimum amount of kinetic (movement) energy that
two particles need if they are going to react when they
collide is called the activation energy."
revealing something important as our transsexuality [requires] some degree of earnestness/involvement from the other person first.
