OK so my family is treating me like crap, I had a bit of bad luck with the vehicles we drive and I am starting a new diet. Summer is coming and I really want to go swimming at the beach (something I haven't done for years) But the real pisser is my boobs are deflating. %&#^$.!.... >:( >:( I was a C-cup and had my sights on a d-cup but then I started a diet and it's like some one poked them with a pin. $%^#@! ... >:( >:( >:(. I mean throw anything at me just don't mess with the tah tahs.
I know once I am off the diet and I gain a couple pounds back they should come back to normal , but in the meantime it sucks !!!

It's one of the joys of womanhood that whenever we do something we lose the bits we want to keep and keep the bits we want to lose. But stay with the diet the shape will still look good, and start looking for a cute bikini, it takes time to find the right one, and you want Patty to be good and jealous :laugh: :laugh: :laugh:

I so hear you girl. I am a large B, and have a tummy. I want the tummy gone but don't touch the girls. I will never be in a bikini. Not at my age or with this tummy, but I do want to wear my suit this year.

The breasts are predominantly adipose tissue. Surely, when you lose weight generally, they will "deflate" to some degree. There IS good news about that; however, you may get a tad upset with me for telling you what it is. Well, you'll get over it, so I'll tell you the good news:
Dieting and exercising can and will work wonders for you. Sure, you will have lost some size, but you can gain tone and shape that will leave you looking way hotter overall. The kind of dieting and exercising I'm talking about can be done by anybody. Like anything else, there are a few basics to learn. Who better to teach them to you than the greatest female bodybuilder in the world ... long since retired. And, no, you will NOT look like her ... even when she is trained down. For the pic for the cover of this book, Cory is trained down and is in off-season shape. You should see her in contest condition!!! Oh, yeah: This pic was in the late-1980s/early-1990s. She's over 50 now and STILL looks hot as hell! She's my idol, and I'm aiming for her look for myself. That's just my choice. Of course, you can go for whatever look makes you happy, and you should.
Girl, I believe you and I have been on HRT for about the same amount of time. Well, I'm a small A cup. Yeah, that bums me out, but that's genetics for you. So, what I lack in size I will gain in shape. I'm going with the physique genetics gave me (natural ectomesomorph like Paris Hilton) and making the most of it.
Just tone and shape what you've got, and you'll be big-time hot! You'll see ... rock on, hon!
