blockers or testicls removed to void teststarone levels to rise again if medication was to slip
a day or two to help prevent relaps .?

Just to ease your mind, a day or two or even a week probably won't make you relapse once you've been on them for a while.

Becky, this part of the endocrine system is slow in reaction.  As Karla says, that even a week absence of HRT won't do anything if you been on it for over 3 months HRT. You may totally lose the ability to produce Testosterone after 1 - 3 years HRT due to an irreversal dysfunction of the athropied testes. Even if you skip a week, you may not notice a thing until at least 1.5 weeks if your T level shoots up immediately. It takes the trans boys awhile to notice. T is injected and quite immediate. We girls can usually get by on oral or transdermal patches with occasional liver function testing. Don't worry about it girl, GID anxiety is not fun, I rode that roller coaster for at least the past half century!
