OMG yay am I happy, super sore atm and still pretty drugged up but just wanted to jump on here and say that less then 24 hrs ago I had my surgery! I still plan to go 100% of the way in a years time, but now I might wait til the end of next summer to save up a bit more and just do all the remaining surgeries I plan to do at once!
Anyways, gonna keep this short and sweet cause I really want to lay back down and find more sleep!
Like Laura, FlanKitty and myself, you are now a member of a eunuch club.
You must have had the surgery with general anesthesia. It will get better day by day.
You can lower the HRT now. I remember getting mine done by a Dr Spector in Phila pa. He was so old and had shaky hands i had to help him. It hurt for like 2 weeks after. Ouch it felt as if it was pulling me back inside myself. After though i had more skin from the scar and the scar area was used for part inside the canal which Dr Meltzer said was a good thing because it had no hairs on it. yes i felt total relief from that nasty male sex drive that use to rule my life. No more nasty sperm just clear fluid from cowpers glands with the feelings of love. Just the way a natal woman functions.. Now all you have is a big clit. Get well fast
YAY!
Yesterday I got the greenlight for an orchi but I have to wait until I heal up from anouther surgery I have scheduled for march before I can get it.
Keep us posted.
As I will be joining the eunuch club (as Janet put it) myself soon. :)

Isa 56; 4-5-6
For this is what the LORD says: "To the eunuchs who keep my Sabbaths, who choose what pleases me and hold fast to my covenant--
to them I will give within my temple and its walls a memorial and a name better than sons and daughters; I will give them an everlasting name that will not be cut off.
Name cut off meant not to be removed from the book of salvation

3) Back to Matthew 19:12, Jesus explains here the three kinds of eunuchs.
a) Some are born without the ability to reproduce.
b) Some are emasculated by men, such as the eunuchs that attend royal women in the courtyards, or in harems.
c) And some have personally chosen to live like a eunuch so that they might focus wholeheartedly on the Kingdom of Heaven.
4) Read 1 Corinthians 7:32-35, whereby Paul teaches the believers in Corinth that a person unhindered by marriage can focus their undivided attention solely on the Lord God and His Kingdom work.
5) And as Jesus finished speaking in Matthew 19: 12, He said the person who can accept this challenge of celibacy should accept it, which is exactly how the Bible portrays Jesus Christ being single and celibate for the Kingdom of God.
So Gabrielle, please tell us how you're doing now, after several days' recovery.
