The reason I am asking is because I have PCOS and naturally high T levels. My period has stopped completely because of it. When I got a blood test done they didn't say how high my T was...just that it was high. So I was wondering how much it takes to stop a period completely?
I think there's a rule here about dosages..but you can always PM m....
I have no idea. My free testosterone levels are in the normal/low male range at last check and I'm still getting 'em.
I had one period after my first shot, and my period was planned to be a few days after the shot anyway. That was the last of them.
I think it really depends upon the individual. I had PCOS, but had periods, just not on any predictable timetable. Once I had my first T shot, I didn't have a period until I was forced to go off T four months later. Even then, it took two months for them to come back. I've wondered whether they'd return at all if I were to go off T now (I'm about 2 years, 8 months in)... but I'm not willing to go through the pain it would cause to satisfy that curiosity.

Definitely not a set amount of testosterone or time for that matter. It depends all on the person's body chemistry.
