Title: Gynomastia

Just a thought, when you have gynomastia, does the area behind the nipple have ball or hard structure that you get when on hrt?

I don't recall getting the hard ball the other girls report since starting HRT. My breast have gotten larger, the nipples way more sensitive and if you push a little on them it hurts. I can also feel more firmness and "things" inside than I could before.

In my case, yes - I'm pre-HRT, and have had a hard "ball" in each breast for quite a while. Or, well, firm - if I squeeze them, they yield slightly, but not a lot.

I'd think so - when I was going through puberty, my breasts started to grow, and my parents took me into the doctor for that "hard ball-like thing", and that's what they said it was. It's very early stage breast growth - a lot of people get this in the starting month or so of HRT.

I'm pre HRT and have pubertal Gynecomastia. When it first showed up when I was 14 it was a hard ball that hurt really badly to touch.... over the years it spread out a bit and is now just firm tissue behind the areola. Though if I actually feel around it does have bunches of little tiny knots or balls. :o

That describes what I have, too.

It never hurt real bad, though. On occasion, my nipples would feel sore and hurt, but not the hard tissue itself.

Just me being the word of reason here...

If you're experiencing gynecomastia and not taking antiandrogens or estrogens, there could be something wrong. Gynecomastia can be caused by many conditions that have nothing to do with being Transgender (like testicular cancer!)

You should tell your doctor about it.
