What are everyone's experiences with therapy via e-mails, skype or other services?
I love it it is so easy and open. The Therapist is awesome he listened and understood me and put me at ease.
Did you get a endo referall from it?
yes he said that he will give both letters due to severity he is my angel.
The therapist I see in person also offers services via skype, though I've never done it that way myself. Here's his info if your interested. (I know he's qualified to give letters cause I got mine from him).

I'm in "training" for the next 10 weeks, my therapist and I are talking about possibly doing phone sessions. He doesn't do e-mail due to confidentiality issues.
I can't speak from practical experience, yet, though I would suggest trying to connect with someone close to you instead of doing things totally online. Anyone can go online and call themselves a therapist.
I think if u get one close to ur home, ok..I actually conversed via-email to one and almost set up an appointment for 1st session. The same week I made an appt with a therapist here locally, and decided to go there in person...Good luck
I found Dr Graham Peveller he is at etherapy.com he is wonderful.
The doctors in my area aren't involved with gender issues. My psych has helped me with related issues, but he can't give me a proper referall. So, finding someone local is out of question as I already tried and depleted that resource!
I began talking with a online therapist from a website, it is this one

I didn't realize he did Skype but I would also recommend him. He's a great therapist and also did my letter.

Yeah, he just started doing that. He was like "tell all the trans people who aren't in the area" and my first thought was that there is always someone looking for online therapy at Susan's, so here we are, lol.
This is all great to know and could prove helpful! thanks!
Be careful with online therapy. Some are not licensed and depending on their location they may not be responsible for malpractice. Don't be embarrassed to see a live person. There is noting wrong with having issues with your gender.
