I went to the link you posted but it looks like the site is down.
Posting here to update Rhode Island info. Youth Pride RI holds groups, and even for adults, it's worth calling to get resources and referrals. Staff is really great with trans stuff. Call 401-421-5626 and ask for Jaye.
