Title: question for you blessed post op gals
Post by: ameliat on March 04, 2011, 07:04:38 PM
I was wondering. YOu may not remember this, but when you had testicles, if you got hit there or your legs happened to squeeze them you got this terrible pain like nausea feeling?  Any way, when post op is this occurance gone forever?  I always asumed it was?
Thanks
Amelia

I haven't been hit there in the last year or so, but since the devil twins are gone to the fiery furnace there is nothing there to be more painful than being hit anywhere else.

I'm not sure why you are asking. ???  Having one's tesitcles removed just so they won't hurt if they are crushed or hit is not a good reason for their removal.

Nothing there to get squashed anymore, you can't hurt something that isn't there...

No, your potential for incapacitating pain is gone.
Still, that is a very sensitive area. You still tend to jump if something hits there.

I'll tell you this.
I'll not volunteer to find out.

Amelia:

Yeah, I remember what it was like.  I never could understand the survival reasoning for putting a major organ and arteries outside the body covered in a thin layer of skin.  If there is intelligent design, then I mark that intelligence down a couple of notches for that stupid move.

Once they are removed you never have that feeling again.  I had an orchi before I had SRS and I was sore for a few days following surgery, but nothing like the pain from getting a kick there.

Since SRS I am sensitive there, but nowhere near the sensation of a shot to the groin.  There are delicate tissues there and they bruise easily, but that is about it.

I've wanted my ugly bit removed since, well, almost as long as I can remember.

Not having that vulnerable point was never the reason or even an important one. But the thought that it would be gone has been a definate plus since the first time someone kneed me. I was 11 I think.

Strange question.  I never used to get the nausea feeling, so I can't relate.

I'm almost 2 weeks post-op and have not been hit there (Thank God) but I've heard from other post-op women that it's not the same pain it used to be if it does happen. A friend of mine even said when she saw it on TV now, she'd laugh instead of cringe.

I vaguely remember they where a sensitive area when I had them, if fighting with other guys, you'd always try not to get hit there, but its completely different now, I had my removed 25years ago, it is a good defence they say if a woman is attacked by a guy, he goes down quick if you get him there, och!!
