Title: Sleep & HRT
Post by: cryan91 on March 10, 2011, 06:47:32 PM
How important is getting a regular good nights sleep while on hrt? Schools got me lacking sleep big time. I dont get to bed before any time between 2am-5am and I have class at 8am. It's terrible. Some nights i get to bed at a decent hour but its hard to come by. Do those who sleep 8 hrs a night see faster results than those who dont get that much?

HRT or no, sleep is important, especially when you're studying.  Sleep is when the brain solidifies what it's learned that day, so getting a good night's sleep before an exam is especially important.  And study after study has shown you can't function properly without getting proper rest.  Is it just studying that's keeping you up, or are there, um, extra-curriculars you could cut back on?  I think you're driving yourself too hard.  Slow down!  Get some rest!
