Title: Binders.

I have a binder that I bought from underworks.com, I just wanted to know can I bleach it if just a little, because It's getting pretty gross.

I would not add bleach as it will damage the fibers.  It will eat away at them and weaken them.  Just use a baking soda and vinegar solution and then wash.
