Glad you started this topic dude. I just started working out with a trainer, and I'm trying to figure out what to wear since everyone knows me as a guy there. Hopefully we get some good responses!

I don't workout at the gym, but I do play football sometimes, and for that I wear a compression shirt from UnderArmour (wearing it under your binder can help stop the binder chafing when you exercise), followed by a fairly tight tri-top binder, and then a looser t-shirt or sports shirt.  I never get completely flat, but I feel fairly comfortable.  I find it's the upper portion of my chest (the bit of moobs at armpit sort of level) that needs the most binding, so as long as that's compressed, nothing wobbles around and I'm fine!

When I go to the gym I tend to either wear a very tight sports bra or one of my old tattered tri-top binders, with a baggy lightweight black muscle/tshirt on top. I like to bind, but I don't want to bind so tightly (say with a brand new binder) that it constricts my lungs, making it hard to breathe while exercising.

I wear a tight sports bra and hoodie, or a loose binder and hoodie
