Title: bare feet in public
Post by: Fate on April 06, 2011, 05:37:29 AM
you know how the foot is meant to vaguely even throughout. The problem with feet isn't size if the shape was the same, the part where the toes join up is much wider than normal. Perhaps over picky with self image or being paranoid, I just don't like looking at my feet.

Am I the only one?

No, you're not alone.

I myself am rather ambivalent about feet in general.  I neither particularly like or dislike them, either my own or someone else's.  That being said though, about maybe 1/5th of my friends over the years, both male and female, have either hated their feet specifically or hated feet in general thinking they were ugly, misshapen, or just basically unpleasing aesthetically.

I know 2 of them were/are so self-conscious about their feet that nobody they were not intimate with ever saw their bare feet (and i can't say for certain that their intimate partners ever really saw them since I was never in that position :P ).
