Can someone tell me what The Unicorn Forest is?  I keep hearing it mentioned but theres no mention of what it actually is.  Is it this website?  Is it the trans world in general? What the hell is the unicorn forest??
Thanks :)

"You're travelling through another dimension, a dimension not only of sight and sound but of mind; a journey into a wondrous land whose boundaries are that of imagination. That's the signpost up ahead - your next stop, the Unicorn Forest!"

It exists along the highway that connects the two cities of binary gender. You've already stopped in for a look see. It's full of wonderful people looking for who they are, to some old souls that seem to have almost magical powers of reasoning, that of the forest itself.
On occasions, strictly binary thinking people will visit to declare that unicorns do not exist. HAH! You'll find out that indeed, they are here in this wonderful forest of many paths, clearings, lake shores, and at the very least, a nod of recognition from all who you meet. Welcome.

The term started with Nero declaring us unicorns and starting his posts with 'greetings unicorns'. Thus we became unicorns of the unicorn forest. The unicorn forest being either this board or the conceptual space of androgynity.

It works, a forest is a large place with trees defining it and marking it's boundaries and at the same time growing in the middle of paths and tripping people up. A wibbly wobbly half-world where all might be possible.
