For those who've used Melissa Leonhardt: How long did it take her to send the letter? My last session with her was on Thursday, but the wait is murdering me. I just want to have it in my hands and know I can finally start HRT soon. How long did it take for you guys? I know I'm just being impatient, but having some kind of time frame would help a little bit.
It was about a week after my last session when I recieved the letter, maybe a day less.
