*unattractive belly laugh* Know the feeling! I've been making an effort to widen that pink sliver, along with sneezing and coughing. Yup, it's tough to change these things you do instinctively, but the only thing you can do is keep at it. One of my roommates said the other day that he noticed my laughing is getting girlier. Man, flattery does wonders for the early transitioner's confidence.

Catching a cold/flu that is quite nasty on the voice.
I found that I perfected the sneeze and can do nice tiny little ones that sound ok but since surgery I don't have the stomach muscles and diaphragm power to control it and the few sneezes I've had (one or two at my parents house) had them running in asking what that noise was... so embarrassing :/
Kinda painful a little as well __..
