Title: How to ask for therapy
Post by: JohnAlex on April 16, 2011, 10:40:14 PM
I'm not out to many people IRL.  I just told my sister and my grandparents because I knew they would be accepting.  but I have no idea how to come out to the rest of my family.  After my grandparents knew, they really want me to get some therapy now to help me.  Before I didn't think I needed therapy, but my grandparents think it could help me come out to the rest of my family.  So, I agree it would be beneficial.

But now here's my problem, I don't even know how to tell my family that I want to get therapy. Does anyone have suggestions for this?  I am over 18.
