Does the forum only allow use of personal avatar pictures after x-amount of posts?

I've tried to load my picture as my avatar, and the forum won't seem to let me.

Good bone structure. You should transition well. I wouldn't worry too much about looking like a beautiful woman. You already do. The rest will be icing on the cake. :)
