it wasnt bad. It took only like 5 minutes. I still havent noticed any side affects from it. Though I will lose my hair where the radiation passes into my brain, but that part was shaved for surgery. Anyways, going to sleepy sleeps for a while

Oh, Honey,
Somebody misinform you. You will loose all your hair, but do not despair it will grow back. How was the chemo?
Love,
Kate

well, arent you a ray of sunshine! The people around you on a daily basis sure are blessed by your presence, as are we here at Susans.
Hey Kitty, one thing that could be a plus. You can change your hair style, color and length when you please: when and if you loses the original hair. ;D
I was worried, Hon, when you left so quick. I understand why but I still was worried.

No malice intended at all. I hope when my time come people will keep me informed. I hate surprises, I would much rather now what is coming. I would avoid inform you on the topic. In a personal note. I spent two year caring for my mother, in a daily basis, who had glioblastome falciforme, so I am very familiar with the treatments, and out comes.
Peace,
Kate D
That's good news Kitty. Small steps equal large strides.

Have a hug from me too gorgeous. One of the women I worked with lost all her hair too, but when it grew back it was heaps thicker and stronger, so don't despair on that front.

More than begin ghoulish your also flatly wrong...
That will only be the case if she has to take Doxorubicin or some other common Chemo drugs. Perhaps you should learn about these things?

Radiation treatment is seperate from Surgical and Radiotherapy whitch only cause localized hairloss where the beam passes through the skull.
