The attack on a young, 15-year old African American Northwestern student, by a group of Jewish 'patrol' officers stating during their viscous assault that "he did not belong in that neighborhood' drew outrage by blacks, and whites alike – yet was never charged as a hate crime, with felony assault charges eventually dropped by the newly elected, Jewish Baltimore City State's Attorney. Yet, a transgender woman is assaulted in an area McDonald's in Baltimore County and their forward-thinking State's Attorney charges the assailants with a 'hate crime' – and is applauded by the state's Governor and legislator's with personal interests into the fair treatment of the LGBT community?
