After almost 2 years on injectable Estradiol Valerate, my boobs remain as flat as an ironing pad. So I decided to shift to more potent form of hormones, this time using pills. It seems to be working well now and FINALLY growing, however my LEGS are having like CRAMPS. Is this normal? How can I stop this? What is happening exactly?
I'll assume you're getting proper medical advice on this from someone, since that's an obvious first step. That said, muscle cramps are often a sign of either dehydration or mineral imbalance. I suffer from nocturnal leg cramps, and the best remedy I've found for this is to drink a mug of hot water with a spoonful of molasses dissolved in it. Molasses is an excellent bioavailable source of vitamins and minerals, and it's the only thing that reliably de-cramps my thigh muscles. And it's really good for you anyway :).

MOLASSES!! :o I wonder where will I find that. ::) Yeah I'm on medical surveillance, however my endo is out of the country for 1 month. Thanks anyway.
Get a medical check up, leg cramps can be a sign of high blood pressure and may be an indicator of a serious side effect of E. It is a warning side effect of E.
You may be in danger of a stroke so follow it through. Please don't ignore it.

Absolutely - medical checkup first, and as soon as possible.
Then if nothing untoward turns up but you're still prone to leg cramps, the molasses is worth trying - you can get it at most healthfood stores (and it's not the same thing as treacle).
I self Medicate I'm forced to monitor my own health to do this I have a number of "Master Alarm" warnings whitch give me a big warning somthing is wrong they vary from
Slow erratic painful heartbeat (Kidney's malfunctioning), Blocker related
Spontanious Bruising (Liver+Kidney malfunction) Estrogen and Blocker Related
and so on I can tell you that
LEG CRAMPS (Hyper estrogenism) Estrogen Related Is another one of those warnings
I'd suggest you lower your estrogen dose or at the very least get your level checked through lab work. There is another way around it but I'm not sure if I can say without breaking rules.
FYI It's possible that those leg cramps are caused by Irregular clotting factors, You might be developing blood clots that are breaking off and blocking minor capillaries whitch is causing the cramps if a bigger one forms in the veins your at high risk of getting a stroke it's a warning.
