What are the changes you girls noticed from the first change to the last?
I'll start it off with change #1:
Your bank account gets lighter.

Nope, Im in the uk, The NHS fund my hormones, Blockers and Srs.
Lucky you. Hope it all goes well for you thenn.
You're probably not going to get mich response from a question such as this because: it varies a great deal from person to person. None of us are starting frrom the same baseline, and few of us have the exact same prescription. YMMV.
The very, very first change any of us have is a change in our medication schedules!! (Even if the bucks or pounds set the schedule a bit.) The majority of my friends, and I too, say that there is a change in your attitude toward life after the first dose. You feel the new purpose and direction in your life that is a lot of fun.
ROTWU is right on the fact that no two of us will have exactly the same experience with physical changes, but they do come, and it is fun to keep a diary of what you did as opposed to what Pookybaby did somewhere. You are beginning your own story, so keep a record of it for you.
Boobs, hair, weight shifts, Deep Vein Thromboses, mood swings, midnight snack preferences, broken legs, traffic tickets, and all the other stuff that can happen, probably will (yeah I stuck in a couple of downers in this list) and will still be just part of you.
I have been on HRT for about 23 months and have not reached "the last" thing that will happen to me yet.
You are in for a long haul!! ;)
Now that's a question hard to answer...
The changes are physical, emotional, psychological... I'm six years into HRT and still feel I'm not done with the changes; SRS is happening soon and I'll experience more changes after that.
By posting here I know that you're probably aware of the physical changes HRT will induce... I guess I'll just say that HRT changes EVERYTHING!!! It's like a second puberty.
First: tingly nip nips
middle: 0____________________o
last: get back to you on that!

This +1.
Followed by some minor breast growth, and body hair reduction. It really varies by individual and really comes in small changes over time.

Reality is that it will be cheaper not to pay to this system and pay everything by yourself
I'm also wondering what will be after start with hormones (I hope soon)
Was from my Pharmacist. "You know these will change your appearance, and (cough) performance?" I certainly hope so, I replied.
Cindy
no tingly nipples yet on my new NHS hormones) but I am getting fat deposition on my boobs (from self medicating)
feeling tired, kind of drained like the day after I'd done a long run) a lot of the time
really sharp sense of smell, when not bunged up with hayfever
