Post by: lost904 on May 25, 2011, 06:38:46 PM
i dont have one yet so i'd like to see how some of you guys look with and without your binders.this doesnt seem like an odd request to me since i am honestly curious to see how much of an impact these things have, but if anyone is uncomfortable feel free not to post.:D i am curvy and short, with 38 D's so if someone with a similar bodytype isnt afraid to post i would be soooooo happy!:D thank you!

Hey I'm curvy and short (5'2") and a DD but I'm pretty overweight. You look pretty average weight wise (from what I've seen) but I can still take some before and after's if you'd be interested.

OK. I'll take some tomorrow then. I probably have some pics somewhere but I'm not sure if they'd be good comparison ones. I use a underworks 997 binder. Also I've been on T a little over a month and that's shifted some of my weight around but I'm not sure if that has any effect on how my binding is going though.

I will take some pics later for you. I forget how much I weight. About 175 I guess. I'm 5'5 and whatever cup size comes after DD. I spilled out of DD bras. lol

So here is me with and without my binder.  I have the Underworks 997.
I'm 5"6' and about 190.  I'm not sure how big my chest is, because I don't wear bras, so I don't know my size.

Shaynee,

Both of your binders do a great job of flattening your chest.  I am a 36b-c, but mine seems to be to firm to flatten as I would like.

It helps to push them up and out (or down and out) or out to each side, depends on the binderr. Sometimes they migrate back to the normal position if I'm doing a lot of moving, but I just have to readjust them. It's annoying, I can't wait for top surgery.

If you go to Underworks website and figure out what size you'd be, I think I have one I can send you. It's the 988.

My breasts are the same as yours, and I have never had a problem hiding them with Underworks. Highly recommended.

Also, don't forget, you have to give yourself time for you body to get used to binding. It took me 3 binders, at least 6 months of consistant binding, and some alterations to get the look I wanted.
The first few months, I had the uniboob bump thing going on.
But now(a year later), I can get pretty flat.(and im probably average size)

What do you mean by consistent binding and some alterations?   Does binder for a long period of time making it easier to make yourself flatter?  How does that work?

I just started binder, and so I'm not as flat as I would like, so that's why I ask.

Binding almost everyday. I altered my binder because it kept popping out at the neck(tritop). I also trimmed the bottom off so it wouldn't dig into my stomach, and bunch up on my ribs.

Within time, binding breaks down your breast tissue. So at first, they will be harder and more perky. When you bind consistently, they become softer and droopy.

Shayne,
Thanks for sharing the pics.  I was very happy to see them and instantly went to Love Boat to get a new binder.  That is the only company I have not tried, so I pray it works.  Once I find the box of my old binders I will have to let folks know.  I would most likely sell them for a fraction of the cost I bought them for because most were worn less then 10 times and a few are still in the bag.    I hope the new binder works because I have almost given up on trying to get a flat chest.  I hate hiding in my apartment!!!

Got my love boat binder in and I am happy with it.  Finally one I think I can live with for a bit.
I have some college work I have to get done, but afterwards I will see if I can go through some of my boxes from my move and find some binders.  Warning: I moved from a good size home to a 1 bedroom apt, so I have a lot of boxes in storage still, so may take a bit.
