does chinese green tea help you to loss weight ???
I found a list of foods thats suppose to help increase the metabolism and green tea was on it. Here's the complete list but whether or not it's accurate, I don't know.
Grapefruit
Green Tea
Yogurt (with probiotics)
Almonds
Coffee
Turkey
Apples
Spinach
Beans (like green beans or fava bean, that kind)
Jalapenos
Broccoli
Oatmeal
Soya Milk
Curry (spicy hot foods are a big help)
Cinnamon
anything with caffeine will help lose weight. It's best used in conjunction with exercise; a glass of green tea a day and nothing else will not provide any noticeable results.
Hi,
Nice topic discussion by all of you people...
Yes it can be useful for reducing weight...
I haven't noticed any effects, but both green and black tea make me feel better. I attribute that to caffeine though. Exercise seems the most surefire way to increase metabolism, I have had lots of success with weightloss and I have totally disregarded what I am eating, only the calories it contains and the calories I spend, and I have noticed that exercise has a lasting effect within a few weeks on the calories I spend even while not exercising, however food of any type hasn't seemed to make an effect that I can see in numbers in my testing, but my sample size is tiny, being just me.
I know this is a dead thread, but I thought I would add to it.
Yes, Green tea can help you lose weight. What I would suggest is a cup of green tea every hour or two, and if you feel like you're drinking too much tea, lower it to every three or four hours or until you feel like you have a good balance.
Green tea definitely ups metabolism and helps with weight loss. Just got to make sure you put in some exercise to make it work.
