Title: sunburns and binders
Post by: KrisRenee on June 07, 2011, 08:03:32 PM
So, today I went swimming, and I'm pretty burnt on my arms.  Ironically enough I got burnt in my binder, so my burn is in the shape of my binder, however, I've got a feeling it's going to be very near impossible to get it on, because it's a pain in the butt anyway, and now, It's going to hurt like crazy.  I've got too big of hips to pull it on that way.  Are there any tips or tricks to putting it on so it won't hurt my burn as bad?

My only suggestion would be to put some Aloe on it and hope that takes the sting out of it.

Could you wear a soft t-shirt under it?  It might keep it from rubbing as much.

Good news, I did get my binder on.  I had to step into it for a couple days (I didnt think would work, but did) , but now I can get it on over my head, my burns have gone away slightly.  Still hurts like crazy, but I can get it on.  I told my friend mikey, "it's torture while it's on, might as well be torture getting it on too."
Though it's not really torture wearing it because I've gotten used to it, i'm just one to complain.
Thanks for the help guys.
