I had SRS with Dr. Suporn about 6 weeks ago. So far so good.
I just wonder how much hormone dosage I can cut. Before SRS, I take Estradiol and spirono. now I have stopped spirono and cut Estradiol to lower dosage. but i wonder if I can cut further , or using the herb hormone instead. I am pretty healthy on my 30s, and pretty passable. The reason to cut dosage just because the consideration for long term health.
I am planning to talk to my doctor next month since I am still stay in my parent's place in other city to recover, so I like to get some opinions from the group to help my discussion with my doctor. thx.
