A widow who says a brain tumour turned her husband into a ->-bleeped-<- has lost her £575,000 battle against being cut out of his will.

A judge ruled that his 'strange behaviour' did not affect his ability to express his true wishes.

Judge Sarah Asplin QC said the estate of Thomas Joseph Smith should be shared between his brother, Albert Smith, and his nephew and three nieces - leaving his widow Olga Smith, 61, with nothing after 18 years of marriage.
