Wierd skin changes

4 months on hormones: My facial skin has become super oily, yet really dry and tight at the same time. And yet, somehow soft to the touch. I don't know what to do though. Any suggestions?

that happened to me at first. but it leveled out around 7 months

I was doing a T-blocker and E. My skin went from being a veritable oil well to dry.
