Well I was searching for makeup tips when I ran across this, what im looking for though is how to apply eye liner under your bottom eyelash, every time I try for a more dramatic look I end up with a mess and start over doing just my normal routine eyeliner on top and mascara.

Hey Cindy,
First, don't use liquid eyeliner when you are trying to perfect it, use pencil. Try first doing the top part of the bottom eye just above the lashes. Then use the pencil to get just where the lashes meet the skin. If you don't already have Kevin Aucoin's books 'Face Forward' and 'Making Faces' they are really good. Practice makes perfect. Don't go to much on the eye makeup, subtle is better 🙂 Meghan

Thanks so much no I don't have the book I'll check into it. And I don't use it much but on occasion I would like a more dramatic look.

there's a very, very fine beauty line between between creating dramatic sultry smoky eyes and looking like a raccoon 🙂
