Sweet luck

Dear friends,
I'm still suffering from my face overview, so I closely studying ffs questions. Now the main problem is to choose the suitable clinic for propery surgery.
My situation is like this.
This month I'm planning to do hair transplantation to fill in small gaps from both sides of my temple and reduce a little the hairline. I have already appointment for this surgery in 2 weeks.
After 4-5 months from hair transplantation I plan to go for ffs. I've got consulted from many Thai and South Korea clinics, but most doctors say it is better to do ffs first before hair transplantation.
I was recommended to do at least the following scope of ffs: forehead reduction, brown bones shaving, rhinoplasty, jaw angles reduction, v-line, check bone shaving.
Could anyone suggest some professional clinic with good ffs results, that you've been satisfied?
Would you recommend Thai or SK clinics?
What do you think about doing all the ffs scope under one session? (I'm little confused because of this huge scope)
Or is it better to do in several visits for better healing?
What do you think of ffs done by the same doctor, who specifies on srs? Frankly speaking, I think ffs and srs surgeons should be different doctors as there are totally different surgeries.

Please see my picture done 1 month after HRT.
Do you think all ffs scope is necessary to fix my face feminization issues?
I would be very grateful hearing your feedbacks. Thank you in advance ☺️, yours Sweet Luck.

Sorry, I haven't got how to upload pictures here ((

You will need an image hosting account such as Imgur. You upload your images there then link the URL to the image here in posts or Private Messages.

Once you hit 15 posts, you can upload a profile picture without all that. But pictures in posts and messages are done via URL links.

Maybe the journey isn't so much about becoming anything.
Maybe it's about un-becoming everything that isn't really you,
so you can be who you were meant to be in the first place.

Well if I would look as good as Danielle or Lori or many other ladies here, I might try that FFS myself.  I am still saving for gender surgeries but I am not ready for that.  This all costs a lot of money.

Totally agree with you, but I can't wait anymore, the ffs is 1st priority for me now.

This way is better, I suppose)

If that is your real face, why do you think you need FFS? You are gorgeous.
I would wait and see what HRT will do. It softens the features we normally worry about. I look more like my mother than my father now. I did have surgery to correct drooping eyelids, but it was not FFS.
I wouldn't rush into it if I were you. Like Chrissy, I'm saving up for bottom surgery.

Well, that's me of course, I took this picture 2 months ago and every month I take pictures to observe the HRT results.
But the problem is that I still couldn't pass😕 People don't recognize me as female outside. So I was suggested to go through the ffs. Anyway wide jaw and prominent forehead bones wouldn't disappear during HRT ((

I think you are being over-critical. We tend to be our own worst critics. Me, seeing you for the first time, I don't see it. I think you have feminine features, like cheekbones and lips. I would kill for lips like yours! But anyway, you have to do what you are comfortable with. I am only suggesting that you get other opinions and take your time making a decision.

I think if I felt I needed to do it, I would opt to do it all at once. One surgery and get it over with. You don't want to heal then do another, then heal and do another. Every surgery has risks. I would do one and done. That is just my opinion.

Dear Sweet luck:

In your photo, I think that you definitely have a lovely female featured facial appearance.

In my opinion, you should think long and hard to determine if you really feel that you need FFS.

I always try to have a big smile and a happy facial expression....
....  for me, I find that it helps a lot with passing with a welcoming appearance.

Hi Sweet Luck

How Sweet and Lucky (little pun here) you are to have a beautiful face.  I'm deadly serious on this.  So you are wondering why am I so serious in what I have said.  I can only answer that for you by asking you a couple of questions and they are, how old are you and how long have you been on HRT?

You do not have to answer these two questions and remember that you only reveal what you are comfortable with.  However, looking at your picture you are very young and I'm assuming that you have not been on HRT for very long.

These are two factors in your favour.  If I was you, I would wait a couple of years for HRT to do its work.  Remove any facial hair that is left and grow your hair longer (I love long hair).

In addition to this just wear appropriate clothing a little makeup (little is more principal), do your hair and just be yourself, and go out with confidence.  Whatever you do, do not look at the ground when you walk around.  I don't know where I got this piece of information from.  I believe I practised this for a very short while and the reason being it gives one confidence.

I like others tended to think people are looking at you.  However, that was not the case as everybody else are going about their daily lives and they will not give you a second glance if you are confident in what you are doing.

Save your money for surgery if that is what you wish to do in the future and if your face gives you any problems in the future or you desire an even more feminine face then by all means do so.  As Lori says; "I think you are being over-critical. We tend to be our own worst critics".

I'm also saving up again to have the bags under my eyes fixed, this is because of my age and years of swimming with googles.  This is just a practical surgery and not FFS.

Seriously, your face is fantastic and get other opinions and of course take your time in deciding.

Take care and all the best for the future.

Love and Hugs
