Hey everyone! I had surgery Monday morning! So incredibly happy that I'm post-op and moving forward with my life :) Surgery went very smoothly and recovery seems to be going well. I'm taking 1 Percocet every 4 hours (set a bunch of alarms) to stay on top of my pain. It still hurts but it's manageable. The worst part is the drains sticking out of my armpits because they sting and tug. I can't wait to get them out and see my chest!! If anyone has questions about Dr Medalie or keyhole surgery feel free to ask!

Congrats buddy! Continue getting some rest and taking care of yourself the next few days. Can't wait to see your results once the drains are out!

Congrats! Considering how good his keyhole results seem to be, I think I'd like to go to him when I can afford it. How much did the surgery cost?

Did you stay in a hotel or were you allowed to go home to ride out the recovery time?
