"MTV's True Life is not known for shying away from queer topics. Some of our favorite episodes include "I'm Genderqueer" and "I'm a Gay for Pay Pornstar." The newest episode, "I Have a Trans Parent" looks to be a much needed addition to the social commentary around trans issues."
