orchiectomy in mexico or costa rica

I am planning to get an orchiectomy in the next 3 to 4 months and wonder if anyone has had experience or knowledge about doctors or hospitals in Costa Rica or Mexico that will do that. I can't seem to find much info online. One doctor in Mexico did email me back and his price was $3000 which is higher then Dr. reed in Miami. An early "thank you for you" if you have any info for me! Orchiectomy in the US is not too terribly expensive and my actually be cheaper, considering travel expenses.

I went to Dr Reed for my GCS and I can recommend him very well.

I had mine done by Dr. Leanard Brandt in SanFrancisco. Not sure if he still is in practice, but he is very good, and accepts insurance.... medi-cal / Medicaid included when mine was done.
