GRS revision

I Had my GRS with a UK surgeon in 2012. Its been great but cosmetically I feel my Vagina looks a bit flat and it does in my estimation need a cosmetic revision. Has anyone any experience of a revision? I am also possibly looking for a revision to my vulva.
Any reccomendations really welcome

Don't know abut UK doctors but Dr Rachel Bluebond-Langner at NYU in New York City does revisions and has gotten particularly good reviews here, from at least one person, for her revision work.
