Phalloplasty Consult Question?

Hi everyone!

Haven't posted in a bit, but I'm back with some questions.  On an impulse, I scheduled a phalloplasty consult with Dr. Rumer during my one year post-top surgery appointment.  I know she'll show me results when I get there, but I've never seen any other her other phallo results online (even on transbucket.)  I was told that she doesn't love doing phallo at ALL, but is paring with that big deal surgeon in Serbia to create a clinic to better perform phallo, etc etc.

What should I expect from my phallo consult?  Basically, will I be taking my pants off?  Like what's actually going to happen?

Also, does anyone have any phallo experience with Dr. Rumer, and are you willing to share results with me?  I love Dr. Rumer as a surgeon, and I love her staff SO much, but it makes me nervous that I've never seen any results online.

I have an old thread about my consult with Rumer a few months back. I did not have to take my pants off. At the time she was putting all of her time into creating a clinic with the Jefferson health system in Philadelphia. She will be offering MLD only to start. It will be just a convo about what you wan vs what she can do. I had top with Rumer so I love her also. Ultimately though she is not where I need her to be for phallo.

I had to take my pants off during my consult with Dr. Schechter. I didn't have to with Dr. Bluebond-Langner. I had to send Dr. Miro pictures. But all of this was because we were debating meta vs. phallo and trying to make the best decision. If you are only interested in phallo, there is really no need for getting undressed unless you want to check out the fat content of specific donor sites.

I run the largest bottom surgery related group on Facebook (~6000 folks) and no one has gone to Rumer. Especially with the teams coming online at NYU and Mt. Sinai, people are making the choice to travel to New York instead.

It is called FTM Meta and Phalloplasty Open Discussion. We don't post pics because it is an all ages group, but there are other groups available depending on your age and where you are in your process that have pics available.

Thanks for this info, FTMax.  Just reviewing this Forum, and have picked up some great info.
