Sleeping, ahhhhhh.
I was diagnosed with sleep apnea years ago but the CPAP's were so cumbersome that I refused to get one. Then after a few years of waking up and having to slam myself against the wall because I woke up not breathing, I gave in and obtained a CPAP machine. Now, as far as sleeping. If I'm on the sofa, I can doze up lying on my back or even in the recliner that way. But in bed, it has to be on my side, in the middle of the bed with a pillow between my legs and on against my chest.
Now, from what I have read so far, I have to learn how to sleep all over again once the HRT kicks in 🙂
Hopefully, this wasn't TMI 🙂
