San Francisco, CA, December 27, 2007 --(PR.com)-- The San Francisco Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender Community Center's Transgender Empowerment Advocacy and Mentorship (SF TEAM), in collaboration with the Transgender Economic Empowerment Initiative (TEEI), the San Francisco Department of Public Health – HIV Prevention Section and Assemblyman Mark Leno's Office will host the first ever Transgender Health and Resource Fair which will be held on January 25th, 2008.
