Verklighet

Hi, I am new to this website.
I would sometimes visit without signing in, but I've decided to
make an account for myself now.

I choose to cross-dress most of the time and I'm AFAB.
Recently, I am not liking how my legs look. I don't like
how wide my thighs are and how they look in my jeans.

I know people like me at my school who have smaller legs
and I really envy them. Is there a workout routine or something
that could help my legs not look like this?

I know that testosterone will redistribute fat to other parts
of my body, but I am not going to start that anytime soon and I
wouldn't - that would be bad for me, that's not what I need,
so are there other solutions?

Hello Verklighet,
perhaps some elliptical time or yoga would help tone up your legs.
I hit the treadmill rather frequently as my job is stationary at a computer.
Although I've found diet is my #1 impact on weight  : )

Exercise is really good for the legs. A simple way to help get definition is to simply get some ankle weights and use them while your walking around.

Try using them on a treadmill too or just go for walks in hilly areas

I know this is a older post. But yes exercise and weight training do wonders for legs. Hopefully that will get you by till you're able to get on the hormone treatment you need. And then continue to workout legs and you'll soon see even better results.
